They are awful !!!! Worse god-damn purchase I ever made. Rogers at home is consistently worse than a fucking 56 k modem. I would love to switch if I had another option. I send e-mails to them and they never respond. They take over an hour to answer their tech support lines. If you are considering Rogers@home don't do it.
