Service has been extremely unreliable with very frequent down times. Hold times are very long for help, staff very uninformed. Service calls can take weeks to book. System status updates or warnings for maintenance downtime are non existant. Many, many unhappy customers posting to Cogeco concerns newsgroup, most praying for xdsl to arrive so we can all switch away from this nightmare.
