Comments:
Performance has significantly been degraded in the last year. Number of users has greatly hindered bandwidth available to users. Wait time for telephone support is very lengthy, and network outages are regular. In particular, the dhcp server is seldom functioning correctly. Cogeco staff who monitor the user newsgroup can be unprofessional in their reproaches to customers, even to the point of threatening to kick them off the network. !!
