Special Limitations:
Port 80 is blocked. 1)Average time to a tech: 45 minutes 2)Customer service representitives are rude 3)Mail Servers are down once a week 4)Connecting through the proxy server slows you down more than a direct connection 5)Speed is degrading as they add more users. They don't take a proactive approach to bandwidth saturation, they order the new servers and bandwidth capabilities only after the lines are congested. I am not happy, but unfortuantely the Nortel modem has some serious restrictions and ADSL is only available to corporate customers. Sooner or later I'm sure somthing will come along and I'll be gone.
