There wait time on Hold is 30 Minutes, Your Bandwidth has dropped as they add more users, The service is very speratic do to DHCP problems, They use the same server for Mail and DHCP so mail is very slow, They disconect users that try to get other to try alternative conections like *dsl. They do not take critasism well. They have a concerns news group but they use it to keep files on the costomers that complain and have been know to shot off there accounts. They disbanded our User group and will shot off the sevice of any one that tries to start a new one. They make changes to the service with out tell the costomers. I am very Unhappy with Cogeco!
