I cannot get VPN to work for me (it does for other @Home customers) My speeds are only about 50Kbps if I am lucky. Service People are very nice, they even called me to tell me that @Home was down temporarily. If you are a Speed Freak like me, get DSL if it's available. Tech support seems to be fairly experienced.
