I am very happy with the isp tech support is very knowlegeable and helpful installation support is awful 1-1/2 hrs (yes hours) on hold each time i called then when i did get through there only solution was to send out all new equipment my problem was there are 2 ethernet cables that look exactly alike 1 yellow 1 grey i had used the grey 1 bcuz it was longer but when i tried switching to the yellow cable my lan connection came to life it was very difficult to return the extra equipment they sent but i did not need
