Comments:
They advertise 24/7 Support, however it's now 9-5 on weekdays, and nothing on Weekends. The Help files on the CD Rom are old and out of date, basically useless. They are using RCA modems, and don't mention the modem in the help files. Makes Troubleshooting useless. Other than that, the @Home Network is fast and mostly reliable.
