Install Requirements=Windows 95, 98, NT Workstation and Mac, Mediaone will not install on an NT Server, or a PC connected to a LAN/Hub. Unplug the Network, and hook it back up after the Install. Works on Every Major OS

Special Limitations:
Mediaone LanCity Modems Bind to the Mac address of the Ethernet Card. Cannot run warez or FTP MP3 Sites. NetBios ports are blocked

Comments:
Very happy with ISP, great install. My neighbors have since gotten service, and it has slowed down a bit, but they're constantly upgrading their connection to the internet. Also, my IP address hasn't changed in the four months that I have had the service, though they say it can change at any time. They also give you a hostname that goes with your IP address (user.ne.mediaone.net)so if it does change, the hostname is always associated with it. They also have many newsgroups on their server so customers can help other customers with stuff like Home LANs and Linux, among other things.
