Although
the communication between headquarters and users has somehow improved,
there have been threats to sue from user groups. frequent downtimes,
takes 2 weeks to have an answer to a tech mail, support does not
call back home users, speed limited to 485kbytes download / 240
upload, although the modems they now use are theoretically significantly
faster...(14MB both ways) advertised as being a media rich-friendly
service, the homepage says it all on media-friendlyness. The rethoric
to users who complain is "If you aren't happy, go back to paying
a phone bill) (Switzerland is, as most European countries, a local-phone
charge place) Only provider to offer xDSL in the area. Very possible
unlawful deal with the city of Lausanne.
