I am extremely disappointed with my ISP. I can go online only 40% of the time! And when I can, It is slower than my old 28.8 modem. They haven't been able to pinpoint the problem. Sometimes it is really fast, but it doesn't happen often. It took them 11 days to actually come over to see what the problem is. Their tech support don't return calls that they promise to make and break appointments without notifying you. If I had another High Speed alternative or cheap Cable ISP in the area, then I would definitely change. I already bought an ethernet card that cost me $75 here in the Philippines and I've got to stick w/ this ISP.
