In the next two weeks Gelrevision will get an extremely fast backbone. The speed wasn't very optimal past weeks, but that will change with the new backbone. The helpdesk is rather poor, a lot of the e-mails they received are not answered. But the helpdesk is always reacheable(?) by phone. I don't like the transparant proxy server, but that doesn't care most people. There are very few problems with the network, it hasn't been down for several months. And when there is some maintenance to be done and the network has to go down for 15 mins. or so, they always mail you about that.
