Special Limitations:
Poor customer service, has not worked right since February, Takes 2 days to have someone call you to setup a time to fix the problem. Average time to repair is 2 weeks from call date. Works fine during the day, get's really slow at night.

Comments:
Mediaone's customer service has been lacking, and some of their reps are short and rude. I have seen wait times of more than 15 Min, though it is usually around 5 minutes. After moving from a One Way area to a 2 Way area, it took them 2 weeks to upgrade me.
