My ISP's wait time on Hold is 30+ Minutes, They recently limited the upstream to 10kbytes/sec!@#, everything else is fine, download speeds are very fast, alot of times I get a constant 150kbytes/sec download speeed on fast servers.....I never get any slowdown during any time of the day, I guess I'm not sharing with to many people =)
