Ths service is provided by Charter Communications Cable and the max d/l rates iv seen max out at about 160 k/sec but im sure it is possible to get mabe just a little bit higher but they do upgrade their system every so often so it might rise because even that speed of 160 is good compared of the max off of about 55 kb/sec before the upgrade.
