While Road Runner of the midsouth offers a great service, the quality is poor. That lightning speed that they tell you about seems to only take place in early morning hours when there is few people signed onto the network. I have had Road Runner for about seven months now and in the time I have placed around 40 tech support calls. The techs that spoke with did not know what they were doing and it sounded as if they were reading from a manual of some sort. I even spoke with the general manager of Time Warner's Road Runner dept. and after being promised that the problem would be corrected, the problem was still there. I was only able to speak with the GM after threats of going to the Better Business Beruea. If you live in the Memphis area and you are thinking about getting Road Runner......Don't! Overall:
