During the two months I have had the service, it has been fairly reliable. Only three outages which each lasted several hours. Toll Free Customer Service is a 24/7 operation; under five minutes waits for service; and operators are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service was faster when I started; now a bit slower with more customers. Noticeably faster during very late evening, early mornings when fewer members are logged on.
