Customer Service is usually knowledgable and technicians are on call 24/7 for critical network failures. Next day service when all cable service is out most of the time. Appointments are usually about 4-5 days later. Love the service since coming from AOL or AOSlow...Very fast haven't noticed any slowness as the network grows...Continually increasing bandwidth. If sevice is out for 24 hours you get a credit. Fastest download speed reached by me is 480kb/s.
