RCN has been nothing but terrible since i got it. they promise 20way and never deliver (over a year already) so we have telco return with 14.4 modems, the latency is so bad and its down so much that im thinking of switching back to a 56K modem so i can actually use the net. customer service is terrible. bandwidth drops every month. by the time i get 2-way my downstream will be less than 56K. stay away from these people.
