I am VERY happy with the service, its speed is phenomonal and I've always found their tech support staff to know what they are doing. It's nice not to talk to an automated system when I can up with questions too. The price was great too, 768K/768K for a total of $85/month is impossible to beat since all fees included with the service are included in the monthly charge.
