RCN has completely stunk. (Restraining from bad language...) At first, I was okay with the one way cable modem, since all the word-of-mouth was that 2-ways would be along shortly. That in mind, convinced my parents to get my a cable modem. We have all been waiting, month after month, scremaing about the lines bein' tied up. My father owns his own business. The line that my cable modem is on at the house is the same line as the fax machine, thus, when I am online, no faxes are recieved, thus causing anger... I have searched all around for broadband service at about the same price and the only place that I found, I cannot get. Another local cable company (Service Eletric) has 2 way cable modems!!! And they are for $35 a month!!! I can't switch providers! ARG! Lately RCN has been getting worse, adding on more users, "upgrading" routers (right...) and service has just kept getting worse and worse. The reason I said "upgrading" routers, is becuase I think they are using that as an excuse for lame service. I've had it with the service, as soon as I finish this note, I am going to call (again) asking about the 2-way service. So as my last words of this not I leave you with this:
